Royal Challengers Bangalore might have had the smartest IPL 2022 retention but they are also the team that needs to invest most wisely in the mega-auction because of two reasons. They will firstly have to look for a captain (if they do not plan to make Glen Maxwell the captain) and they will also have to look for a replacement of AB De Villiers which is next to impossible. He will thus head on to the IPL mega auction and see his worth. Royal Challengers Bangalore will surely be bidding for him too.
