Athiya Shetty and Suniel Shetty reacts to LSG being knocked out of Eliminator

The Indian Premier League is now in its final chapter. On 25th may, at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore faced each other in the eliminator match. 

LSG’s skipper KL Rahul won the toss and invited RCB to bat first. 

RCB lost their skipper Faf du Plessis in the first over. They didn’t get the start they wanted. Former captain Virat Kohli also went to pavilion just for 25.

But it was Rajat Patidar’s day in Kolkata. 

He scored an outstanding 112 in just 54 balls with 12 fours and 7 sixes. 

Dinesh Karthik also played a cameo innings of 32. And RCB managed to score a massive target of 208

In the 2nd innings LSG also lost their first wicket in the first over. But skipper KL Rahul took the responsibility and partnered with Deepak Hooda 45(26)  for a 96 run partnership. 

KL Rahul scored 79 out of 58 deliveries, but was unable to finish the game. He was sent to pavilion by Hazlewood and the RCB bowlers managed to restrict LSG’s innings in 196.

KL Rahul’s girlfriend Athiya Shetty and her father Sunil Shetty shared their feelings in the social media after Lucknow Super Giants knocked out of the IPL. 

The Indian cricketer uploaded an emotional post on Instagram. KL Rahul’s girlfriend Athiya and her father Suniel Shetty replied it with a couple of hearts in the comments section of that post.
