David Warner gives a hilarious advice to Virat Kohli to improve his form

Virat Kohli, one of the best batsman in modern cricket, is going through a very tough phase in both international cricket and the IPL since the last 3 years. He scored his last century in 2019 against Bangladesh, in the day-night test match. Since then, he hasn’t scored a single century.

Kohli has managed to score a few half-centuries but the former Indian captain has failed to deliver good innings like before. He recently stepped down from captaincy in T20I and Test cricket. Rohit Sharma, who was his deputy, took over as Indian team’s captain in all three formats.

The IPL22 has been no different for Virat Kohli. It is only safe to say that the right-hand batsman is going through a very bad IPL season. He has scored only 216 runs in the 11 matches.

On the other hand, During a recent interview with Sports Yaari, David Warner opened up about Virat Kohli’s bad form. The Australian batsman was in a good mood and gave a funny answer. Warner emphasized the need of sticking to the basics in times like these.

“Have a couple more kids and enjoy love! The form is temporary and the class is permanent so you don’t lose that. It happens to every single player in the world,” Warner said.
“It doesn’t matter how good a player you are, you’re always going to have these ebbs and flows. Sometimes the ebb is a long way before you get back up there. Stick to the basics” He added.
