Delhi Capitals Team Bus gets attacked by Miscreants! Mumbai Police files FIR

In the most shocking news of the day, a Delhi Capitals team bus has been attacked by a group of miscreants in Mumbai. Mumbai Police have acted immediately and an FIR has been fined against the miscreants and the police are now in search of them.

As we all know, IPL 2022 will completely be played in the cities of Mumbai and Pune and thus all the ten franchises have already set up their camps in the city. Most of the team members have also joined the camps after having done with their National duties and everyone is now just waiting for IPL 2022 to start. BCCI announced the official schedule of IPL 2022 a week ago and it has revealed that the first match of this season will be played on 26th March 2022. The first match will be played between KKR and Chennai Super Kings.

However, this incident with the Delhi Capitals’ bus about two days ahead of the commencement of IPL 2022 is extremely shocking as no one had expected it. Thankfully, none of the Delhi Capitals players was inside and thus no one was harmed. However, BCCI and all the teams will now have to look for extra protection as they should not take any risk at all.

ANI reported the news with a tweet that said, “An FIR has been registered against 5-6 unknown persons under sections 143,147,149,427 of IPC for allegedly attacking the Delhi Capital IPL team parked bus, police said.”

Delhi Capitals will be playing their first match of the season against Mumbai Indians on 27th March at the Brabourne Stadium.
