ICC Approves the bowling action of Star Player – Set to Make his return soon

Pakistan young bowler Mohammad Hasnain’s bowling action has been approved by the ICC. The Pakistani bowler is now being approved by ICC to feature in all formats of cricket. The Pakistan Cricket board announced on Thursday that Mohammad Hasnain’s bowling action has been declared legal by ICC after reassessment, as the amount of extension was within 15 degrees level of tolerance permitted under the ICC Illegal Bowling Regulations.

The Pakistani Bowler’s action was reported earlier this year in February when he was playing Big Bash league (BBL) in Australia. And thereafter, he failed a bowling action review test conducted under ICC supervision.

The Pakistan Cricket Board also carried out its own test after getting the report from Australian Cricket about Hasnain’s assessment test. The results stated that his elbow extension was within 15 degrees for his good length delivery, full-length delivery, slow bouncer and bouncer.

The board informed, “The test report, which has been reviewed and verified by the Cricket Australia’s independent expert, had found his bowling action to be within the permitted degree.”

Earlier this year Mohammad Hasnain was also pulled out of the PSL in January after playing few matches.
