Later the Indian fans were also heard chanting “Bharat Mata ki jai” and “Vande Mataram” to show their patriotic side.

India and Pakistan have not been a part of a bilateral series since 2012. The political tension between the two neighbouring countries have always been high. There have been multiple rounds of firing and unfortunate deaths of many Indian soldiers at the border our nations. After India’s defeat against Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, former Pakistani cricketers and fans had a very cheap reaction to this. They also said some mean things and exaggerated the context.
