It is not unknown that when it comes to Cricketers being active on social media, New Zealand player James Neesham who is usually better known as Jimmy Neesham pretty much tops the list. He has seen significant improvements in both his performance and his online fame ever the span of the last two years. He was one of the vital cogs in the New Zealand National team’s campaign in the recently concluded ICC T20 World Cup and is one of his country’s best T20 batters. He is expected to maintain his place in the New Zealand team for the upcoming 2022 T20 World Cup as well.
Jimmy Neesham is also a part of the Indian Premier League that is currently being played in India. He was bought by the IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals for a decent price of 1.5 Crores, and although he is yet to make an appearance in their Playing XI yet, Neesham is one of their best assets and he is a great replacement option in case a key batsman like Jos Buttler gets injured in the season.

Meanwhile, a fan tried to troll Jimmy Neesham recently after his comments on not playing in the Pakistan Super League. A fan had earlier criticised Neesham for not playing in the PSL and the player had given a perfect reply to the troll. Another fan now extended to that idea and trolled Neesham for not playing in the IPL. However, he is probably not aware of the news so much and thus he did not know that Jimmy Neesham was a part of the Rajasthan Royals squad. “Stop sucking Indians balls bro pl selection is done on your current performances/form & you’re no way near that,” the fan said.
To this, Neesham replied by sayin, “I’m literally at the IPL right now lol”
