South Africa have always been known for their world class cricketers. AB de Villiers, who’s been the greatest example of such, has recently retired from all forms of cricket after serving the game with his own style. With his retirement, Dewald Brevis came into the scene and made a major impact in the game.
The South African was earlier seen playing for South Africa in the under 19 world cup and impressed many with his batting style. His style gave him the title of “Baby AB”.
The youngster is currently playing for MI in the ongoing IPL 2022. MI bought him for an amount of 3 crores earlier in the auction. The youngster have showcased great signs of potential and aggresion so far.
Experts and fans are impressed with his ability and range of shorts. There is almost negligible doubts of him getting selected for the national team in the upcoming World T-20 which is scheduled to be held in October this year. He would be roped by the selectors in the upcoming T-20 series against INDIA.
