Rishabh Pant smashes two sixes in consecutive deliveries off Hasan Ali in the 12th over of the game and brings backs the momentum towards India.
The coin flipped in favor of the Pakistan as Babar Azam put the Men in Blue to bat first at the Dubai International Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The men in blue have never lost a world cup game against Pakistan. They have had 5 wins in 5 matches in the ICC T20 World Cups. Virat Kohli and co will be hoping to put a huge target on board and keep the form going.

Shaheen Afridi came up with a dream start for Pakistan by removing vice-captain Rohit Sharma in the very first over of the match. Rohit was dismissed in the third ball of the over and failed to open the account for himself. Shaheen did not stop there. He removed the other opener KL Rahul in the 3rd over of the game.
Suryakumar Yadav and Virat Kohli kept moving the scoreboard for the team. The two were looking good before Suryakumar was removed in the final over of the powerplay. He managed to score 11 off 8 deliveries and put India under huge pressure.

Left-handed batsmen Rishabh Pant came to the crease after the dismissal of Suryakumar Yadav. Pant was struggling to score runs at the start of the play but soon started settling in the crease and moved the scoreboard with singles. Pant soon started smashing fours off spinners like Hafeez and Shadab Khan. India were at 60/3 at the end of 10 overs.
Hasan Ali was brought into the attack in the 12th over of the game after removing Suryakumar in his very first over of spell. Hasan Ali previously conceded just six runs in his first over. But Rishabh Pant changed his bowling figures by smashing a six in the 2nd ball of the over. Hasan Ali bowled a full quick delivery onto the legs. Pant crouched down, swung across the line, and whipped way over backward square leg’s ropes. Babar Azam found it funny as Pant smashed a six by the use of a single hand. Pant smashed a one handed six again in the very next delivery. This time Ali bowled a slow off cutter delivery as Pant pumps it straight down the ground.

But Shadab Khan takes back the revenge for Hasan Ali by removing Rishabh Pant who was looking in fine form. Shadab Khan bowled a googly, Pant was sitting early as he premeditated and played a sweep across the line. He ended up edging the delivery as Shadab Khan gets hold of the ball off his own bowling. Rishabh Pant played a good 39 run innings off 30 deliveries.
