Chennai Super Kings have given a terrible performance in the Indian Premier League 2022 so far. CSK management took a very big decision ahead of the season which was to make Ravindra Jadeja the captaincy of the team. The Indian All-rounder replaces the legendary Mahendra Singh Dhoni who had been the captain of CSK in all the 13 seasons that they played in so far.

“But he still plays an important role in taking decisions on the field. Mahi bhai’s one suggestion is quite a good one. He has a lot of experience. And we do not need to take the help of anyone else to get advice, because Dhoni is a legendary player, and has captained for many years.”

Jadeja’s captaincy has started off very badly. But when Jadeja was asked about his new role, he said he was mentally ready to handle the team. The all-rounder said that “I was told only a few months ago, and since then I was all set to captain.”
“I was also mentally prepared to lead the team, there was no pressure on me in any way,” he further continued.
