Nothing is going right for Deepak Chahar. We know that the Indian fast bowler suffered a serious injury a few months ago and it was being initially said that he would miss about half of IPL 2022 season owing to the injury but it was later revealed that he would be missing the entire season.
Deepak Chahar was at the National Cricket Academy where he was recovering from his injury and was under rehabilitation. He was doing well and was rumoured to be returning to ground soon but during his recovery process, Deepak Chahar met a catastrophe. He suffered yet another injury and this was an even more serious one. He suffered a back injury and got ruled out of the entire IPL 2022 season because of that. This was a huge blow to Chennai Super Kings who are feeling his absence in every match.
However that was not the end of bad things for Deepak Chahar as it is now being said that the given injury might keep him away from the ground for at least 4 months and in that case, he shall not be able to feature in the 2022 T20 World Cup that is set to be played in Australia.
This is a big blow to the Indian T20 team as well as Deepak Chahar has slowly grown up to be one of the vital cogs in the Indian Team and apart from bowling well, he can also bat well.
