The much anticipated test series between India and South Africa kicks off on 26th December and is knocking at our doors. Although Team India do not have a great record against South Africa on the home turf of the Proteas, the Blues are in a brilliant form and they can very much turn things around this time. However, for that to happen Team India will have to be perfect in every department, And that starts from the correct team selection.

India are already missing out on some of their key players in this series – most importantly, Rohit Sharma. The hitman had been initially announced in the squad as the Vice captain but he will have to miss the series due to a hamstring injury. Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel are few other players that India will miss in this series.
