Video: Fan gives his T-Shirt to Trent Boult – Boult gets emotional

The Indian Premier League is at its verge of completion as the Final match to be played today on 29 th May at The Narendra Modi Stadium. The Rajasthan Royals qualified for the final after defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore in the qualifiers 2 by 7 wickets. Rajasthan managed to reach the final after 14 years, last being in 2008 when they won the Trophy in the first IPL season.

RR won the toss and chose to bowl first. Inviting RCB to bat first they dismissed Virat Kohli early and RCB got a big blow. The innings went slow but Rajat’s innings took the team’s score to a fighting one. But RR opener Jos Buttler had his plans ready and went on to smash a ton and also finished the match for RR taking them to the finals.

But what caught everyone’s heart was Kiwi pacer Trent Boult’s gift to a little RCB fan. After the Qualifier 2 match, Rajasthan Royals shared a video on their social media, where Trent Boult is seen giving away his Rajasthan Royals jersey to a little RCB fan. The boy on the other side was also seen giving his RCB jersey to Boult of which Boult said laughingly, ‘No, no I don’t want your shirt’. The loving act of Boult won hearts over the internet.

Boult is one of the highest wicket takers in the ongoing season and it’s hopeful that he continues to deliver in the finals too. The final will start from 8 PM at The Narendra Modi Stadium.
