The match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals that took place today was one of the most eventful matches in the Indian Premier League this season despite being a low scoring one. Neither Rajasthan nor Bangalore were able to score big runs but some very controversial incidents took place in the match that led to it being one of the most intense matches so far in the tournament this season.
One of the most talked-about instances from this match was undoubtedly the tussle between Riyan Parag and Harshal Patel after the 20th over of the first innings which was totally unexpected. Talking about the big fight between them, it was Harshal Patel who started things off. He said something to Riyan Parag at the end of the first innings and the Rajasthan Royals player did not take it lightly and he was making some responses as well. It led to a huge fight between the two in the middle of the pitch. Well that cooled off after that.
However, things took a nasty turn at the very end of the match when Rajasthan Royals won the match. Riyan Parag was shaking hands with his own teammates and the players from the opposition squad and when he tried to shake the hand of Harshal Patel, the fast bowler refused to shake his hand back and there was a reaction of utter disbelief on the face of Riyan Parag but he did not respond and started walking forward. A video of the same has now gone viral on social media.
