Lucknow Super Giants registered their first win in the Indian Premier League day before yesterday as they went on to defeat Chennai Super Kings in one of the most thrilling matches of Indian Premier League 2022. It was undoubtedly one of the highest-scoring matches of this season so far and the way LSG played in the last few overs to register an emphatic victory over defending champions Chennai Super Kings is really praise-worthy. Lucknow Super Giants have absolutely no experience as a team in the Indian Premier League and they lost their first match of the season against Gujarat Titans which was an unnerving start for them. However, the way they have pulled themselves back into the competition is absolutely unbelievable and it is an inspirational story.
As it was a special victory, LSG also made sure that they would celebrate their win in the most special way possible. And thus, the entire LSG contingent including the Support staff (Gautam Gambhir too) and other members sang their victory anthem after their win against CSK. A video has now been launched on LSG’s official social media pages where the entire team can be seen holding paper where the lyrics to their anthem is written and they are singing it in unison.
This was an incredible moment as things like this increase the bond and chemistry between teams which then help them in winning matches on the field. After all, Cricket is a team game and a team’s bond and chemistry is one of the most important things needed to win big competitions like this one. And it seems like LSG are working on it and we can see the results on the field.
