Today’s IPL 2022 clash between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings was one of the best matches we have seen so far this season and it proved how much more interesting the IPL is this season than the usual other seasons. The New Zealand player took 2 fabulous catches today – one to dismiss Liam Livingstone near the boundary line in which it seemed like he would have missed the catch but he ended up maintaining his composure and thus took the catch pretty easily, and another one to dismiss tailender Kagiso Rabada.
The catch against Kagiso Rabada is being talked about the most as it was simply a phenomenal catch. Southee flew out of absolutely nowhere to take the catch and surprised everyone. Even Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan was awestruck by the catch and she could not believe her eyes and the commentators too praised Southee.
