IPL 2022, the Indian Premier League is at its verge of completion with the final match being played between the two finalists Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals. The teams would be fighting for the trophy of the 2022 IPL season. After a campaign of nearly 1 and a half months fans would be getting the final result today.
RR won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first RR started well with its two in form openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler. Jos Buttler is the orange cap holder of the season with 840 runs beside his name. RR would depend highly upon the performance of Jos Buttler in the final game.
But a shot was well admired by fans which came from the bat of Yashasvi Jaiswal in the fourth over when Mohammad Shami came into the attack. In the fifth ball of the over a glorious shot up the covers was hit by Yashasvi Jaiswal. A half volley ball full and outside off, well executed by Jaiswal as he swings his bat and sends the ball for a maximum over the covers. He leans forward, holds his shape and sends it over the fence.
Though looking in a good touch Jaiswal couldn’t take it long and in the next over itself got dismissed in the ball of Yash Dayal while trying to pull it. Yash got the dangerous looking man to the pavilion. RR would like to make a very good total to win the trophy for the second time after 14 years.
