Australia are currently taking on England at the historic Sydney Cricket ground in the 4th test of Ashes 2021-22. The Aussies have already secured the series by winning the first 3 matches and the rest of the matches will be played just for the sake of it. England will try not to be whitewashed as it would then be one of the most embarrassing Ashes losses for the in the history of the rivalry.
The first day of the 4th test was played today. After winning the toss, Australia opted to bat first and they received a great start, thanks to the partnership of openers David Warner and Marcus Harris. At 1 Marnus Labuschagne contributed much to their 126 runs on day 1 as well. Steve Smith and Usman Khawaja will be opening the attack when the Day 2 begins tomorrow.
As we all know, the hype for Ashes among the fans of the two nations is immense. Fans enjoy the fullest in the stadiums and we saw it once again today when an extremely funny incident occurred.
While trying to take the autographs of their favourite players, an English fan got his bald head signed by England spinner Jack Leach. It stole the show and a video of the incident went viral in no time. Even Jack Leach was himself laughing at the fan’s request.
