What a shot ! Virat Kohli hits a straight six against Shaheen Afridi

Team India have been off to a horrible start in the ongoing derby match between India and Pakistan in the T20 World Cup which is being played at the Dubai International Stadium. Both the openers of team India, namely Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul departed within the first 3 overs of the match courtesy of a brilliant spell by Pakistan pace machine Shaheen Afridi. Surkyakumar Yadav was seeming to be in great touch as well but he departed moments later, leaving it all upon skipper Virat Kohli to be done.

Moments before Suryakumar Yadav lost his wicket, Virat Kohli played a vintage shot that proved his mettle once again. It gave us a hint that he is slowly coming back in form and that he can pull it off for India in the ongoing match. With three wickets already down, Kohli and Rishabh Pant are the only two proper batsmen left in the team and with Rishabh Pant not being in his usual explosive form, Virat Kohli has to play the lead role.

The particular six that he hit moments before the dismissal of Surykumar Yadav, however, needs to be talked about more. It was a straight six off Shaheen Afridi. The sound that came off the bat was mesmerizing and the fact that he hit the shot against Shaheen Afridi, who has raged fire so far in the match picking up two wickets, makes it even more special.
